On Sunday, November 6, Conflict Kitchen will be hosting special guests Peter Jemison (Faithkeeper for the Seneca Nation) and Jeanette Miller (Program Director for Friends of Ganondagan). Members of the public will be able to stop by between noon and 1:30 pm to purchase items from our current menu and join Peter and Jeanette for an informal discussion about Haudenosaunee food, culture and politics.

Peter Jemison is a Faithkeeper for the Seneca Nation (Heron Clan) and an accomplished artist. Currently, he is the Historic Site Manager for the Ganondagan State Historic Site in Victor, NY.

Jeanette Miller is a member of the Mohawk Nation and serves as Program Director for theĀ Friends of Ganondagan. The Friends is the private educational partner to the Ganondagan State Historic Site and promotes Haudenosaunee history and culture through inspirational and transformational programming.

The current menu features a variety of food items from across the Haudenosaunee Confederacy with a focus on seasonal ingredients and Haudenosaunee vendors, including the Iroquois White Corn Project.
